The Sunto 9ZR Series chaff cutter is a versatile feed processing machine designed for farms and feed processing operations. It combines cutting and kneading functions in one unit, converting crop residues and green forage into palatable livestock feed.

Maize Stalks, Straw, Napier Grass and More
Cut corn stalks, wheat and rice straw, napier grass, alfalfa, peanut vines and sugarcane tops into short sections. The output is the right length for silage, dry storage or mixing into a total mixed ration for cattle, sheep, goats and rabbits.

Uniform 10-30 mm Output
The high-speed alloy steel blade and kneading disc cut and soften the material at the same time, giving a consistent length instead of random tears. You control the length with the gear shift - from 10 mm for fine silage to 30 mm for coarse dry fodder.
Consistent length means better fermentation for silage and steadier intake for your herd.

How the Cut Length Works
You set the chop length without tools. The gear shift changes the feed speed, so the same machine makes fine silage or coarse dry fodder.
Adjustable 10-30 mm by Gear Shift
Move the gear shift to change the cutting length from 10 mm to 30 mm. Shorter lengths suit silage and young animals; longer lengths suit dry fodder and adult cattle. No blade change needed for everyday adjustments.
