A feed hammer mill grinder crushes corn, maize, wheat, soybean, sorghum, rice husk and other grains into powder for animal feed. It is capable of grinding maize, wheat, soybean meal, straw and other cereal grains, plus coarse fiber materials, into powder suitable for feed processing and pelletizing. It is widely used on livestock and poultry farms, aquaculture and small feed mills.
Particle size is controlled by changing the sieve screen inside the grinding chamber. A 1 mm sieve produces fine powder for grains, corn and wheat; a 10 mm sieve handles corn cobs, straws, straw and hay; a 20 mm sieve suits dry grass, sugarcane and corn. Swapping sieves takes only a few minutes with hand tools.
Match motor power to your daily output. The 9FQ-350 (4 HP, single phase) suits small farms up to 300 kg/h; the 9FQ-400/420 (10-15 HP three phase) cover 500-1500 kg/h; the 9FQ-500 (20 HP) reaches 2000 kg/h; and the 9FQ-600 (30 HP) delivers up to 3000 kg/h for larger operations.
