Waiting six weeks for a die stops the line.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Import paperwork.<\/strong> Kenya requires KEBS pre-export verification; Nigeria requires SONCAP plus Form M and PAAR. It is the step that unlocks everything else - you can grind and sell mash while you save for the pellet mill, and no pellet line works properly without a consistent grind.<\/p>\r\n      <h3>How much capacity do I need?<\/h3>\r\n      <p>Work from daily feed requirement, not from machine price. A layer eats roughly 110 to 120 grams a day: 1,000 birds is about 115 kg per day, 5,000 birds about 575 kg.
